Exchange Policy

At Vastra Vision, we want to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused
- Original tags are attached
- The product is unwashed and undamaged
- The product is returned in its original packaging
2. Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Successful quality inspection
- The item being returned in acceptable condition
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not be eligible for exchange.
4. Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or another eligible product, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is not available, the customer may be offered a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
